ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of Hair Extensions, Wigs, Eyelashes, Head Wraps and Face Mask, wig elastic bands, Wig caps, We Cannot Resell Hair Extensions or any of these items after it has been worn That Has Been Touched, Worn, or Manipulated Due To Sanitary Reasons. Refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Cancellations are allowed. However, please be advised, If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a $25 fee deducted from your payment. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. If we shipped out the wrong items to you, we will take full responsibility and correct the situation as fast as we can.
Damages and issuesÂ
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.                                Â
- We have a 3-day exchange policy(ONLY WHEN WRONG ITEMS ARE SENT), which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@zeoir.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  Â
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as custom made wigs), and personal care goods (such as beauty products- Hair Extensions, Eyelashes, Headwraps and Face Masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.       Â
