HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED

12-16 inches: 3 bundles needed

18-22 inches: 3 or more bundles needed

CAN I DYE OR COLOR THE HAIR ?

Yes, Our hair can be dyed/colored. Please be advised that chemicals present in coloring products may loosen the curl pattern. Always seek professional advise before coloring hair.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLOSURE AND A FRONTAL ?

A closure covers the top front part of your head.  It is designed to cover the section of your head where your part will be. The bigger the closure, the more part coverage you have.  We currently offer 4”x 4” and 5”x 5” Closures. All of our lace products are made with luxury Swiss lace.

A lace frontal covers the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear.  Frontals have a dimension of 13 inches to 4 inches. The versatility of frontals are endless because you are able to part it in any direction.  All of our lace products are made with luxury Swiss lace.

IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY HAIR EXTENSIONS ?

Most customers received their hair in 7-10 days from original purchase date. It is however recommended that you allow enough time to receive your hair. Always prepare for unexpected delays from USPS due to weather related conditions.

I ORDERED DURING A SALES PERIOD, HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY HAIR ?

Usually processing time is 2-5 business days. During a sales period this time is prolonged. It can take an additional 5 business days before your order is shipped. After it is shipped it will take 2-3 business days for US residents and 6-10 business days for International Orders

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY ?

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of Hair Extensions, We Cannot Resell Hair That Has Been Touched, Worn, or Manipulated Due To Sanitary Reasons. Refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Cancellations are allowed. However, please be advised, If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a $25 fee deducted from your payment. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

  • Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. If we shipped out the wrong items to you, we will take full responsibility and correct the situation as fast as we can.

I ORDERED ONLINE, CAN I PICK UP?

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE ?

We currently do not offer wholesale of our hair extensions or any other product, ZEOIR Hair Extensions and products can only be purchased at www.zeoir.com
