WIG POLICY
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Made to Order Wigs: Our Made to order wigs typically takes within 7-15 days to process. This gives ample time to get your wig made and ready to be shipped. Once your wig has been made and is ready, the Wig will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day shipping for all (US Orders).
Provide the Hair Wigs: For local orders, wigs will be completed in 7 -15 days depending when hair is received. Out of town Wig Orders - Processing time starts to count once we have received your hair. Please be advised that Wig Orders may take up to 7-15 days to complete. However if your Wig is completed and ready before this time, It will be shipped to you using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping for all (US Orders)
REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds for all Wig services. All Sales are Final. Thank you for your Understanding.
RETURNS
We do not accept Returns. All sales are final. when you receive your wig, if by any chance you are unsatisfied with the Wig Purchase or Wig Construction service, Please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to soothe your concerns and fix whatever the issue or concern may be. But we will not issue Refunds or Exchanges
CANCELLATION
Cancellations are allowed. However, please be advised, If you decide to cancel your order, there will be a $25 fee deducted from your payment. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

HOW ARE YOUR WIGS MADE?
All our Wigs are made using a sewing Machine. Machine made units are very durable and lasts many years and more with proper care.
WHY DO YOU TAKE MEASUREMENTS
All Heads are not the same size and we do not do use a one size fits all approach. Measurements are taken to ensure that your Wig is made to fit your head size. Please ensure you send us your correct and accurate measurements.
ARE YOUR WIGS GLUELESS ?
All our Closure Wigs are made GLUE-LESS and also NO ELASTIC BAND is needed.
Frontal Wigs will be made to include an ELASTIC BAND and can be installed with Glue if You choose to.
We do not install wigs.
DO YOU CUT THE WEFT/TRACKS?
We do not do the fold-over method on the sewing machine. It is essential to cut the wefts after each row to ensure your wig lays flat and seamless. This ensure that the wig isn’t bulky, it is a must to cut the wefts after each row.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. WHY?
Your Order may be cancelled due to a couple of reasons

Feel free to send hair directly to me from the vendor of your choice (instead of sending it to yourself first). This will save you money from unnecessary shipping charges and ensure that you receive your wig as quickly as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE WIGS BY ZEOIR TO SEND ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION ONCE MY HAIR IS RECEIVED ?
If you send in your own hair to have a wig made, we will send an email/picture confirmation within 24-48 hours of receiving the Hair/Closures/Frontals.
